 Members also receive invitations to other FiSSInG events, including HR Strategy meetings, Strategic T&D Forums and International HR Group meetings.

FiSSInG undertakes original research and holds special membership of the CBI so that its HR and business reports can be provided for our members.

Outputs

Our benchmarking process is one of systematic diagnosis.  We do not merely compare member's performance against class leaders.  We enable users to select relevant performance measures, to understand what makes their organisation successful and how they can contribute directly to both tangibles such as Added Value per Employee and intangibles such as High Knowledge Appreciation.

Members receive benchmarked scorecards for their business performance and the HR functional performance.  They also get analyses of HR activities and accountabilities for people management.

Benchmarking is not a copy-cat process, but other members' experience and insights help strategic thinking.  As well as "best practice" presentation, we invite "expert witnesses" to take part in our meetings.  An informal Club atmosphere helps the exchange of information and views.

In these ways the FiSSInG Club helps members identify what needs to change and how.
